Join us Tuesday at 11:30 AM in Room A301 of the Anderson School of Management for our monthly jaunt to North campus. As we’ve mentioned, each month one BSC meeting will be hosted by our partners at Anderson to facilitate MBA participation in our group discussions. This monthly schedule can be found on our website.
On Tuesday we will collectively assess a detailed roadmap on commercializing technologies at UCLA from the inventor’s point of view and discuss a mid-point analysis from Dr. Di Carlo’s Venture Team.
  • “Roadmap on launching a business by licensing technology from UCLA” from Leo Petrossian, PhD and full-time MBA
  • Mid-point presentation on Inertial Cell Ordering Microfluidic Device from Dr. Dino Di Carlo
It is often difficult to identify the correct pathways to successfully commercialize technologies from the lab bench. Leo Petrossian will be sharing his experience with university startups as well as discussing how to launch a business by licensing technology from UCLA from the entrepreneur’s perspective.  We will conclude with a mid-point presentation from the Venture Team working on Dr. Di Carlos’ technology with an open discussion to follow.
