2014 Venture Team Competition

On Tuesday, May 20th, the Business of Science Center (BSC) will host the fourth annual BSC Venture Team Competition.  The teams are comprised of PhD, MBA, Medical, and Law students as well as Postdoctoral Scholars who have evaluated the commercial feasibility of UCLA technologies.  The six finalists will deliver a 7-minute investment-style pitch to a panel of experienced judges who will assess the potential of the technologies. The grand prize is $30,000 in proof-of-concept funding to accelerate the technology toward commercialization.

The Venture Team Competition is sponsored by the UCLA Clinical & Translational Science Institute, Perkins Coie, and ImaginAb.
